Prince William will travel to South Africa next week for a four-day visit focused on promoting his Earthshot Prize, which aims to recognize and support innovative environmental solutions.
The trip, starting Monday in Cape Town, includes attending the annual award ceremony, participating in the United for Wildlife Global Summit, and meeting with President Cyril Ramaphosa.
This marks William's first visit to South Africa since 2010, and he will be traveling solo as his wife, Kate, is recovering from cancer treatment.
The Earthshot Prize awards five winners £1 million each to advance their environmental projects, with the ceremony scheduled for November 6.
