90% of non-sovereign bondholders have tendered their bonds – ESLA

ESLA announced that around 90% of non-sovereign bondholders have successfully tendered their bonds, following a September 16, 2024, buyback offer for Tranche E2, E3, E4, and E5 bonds.

The buyback period was extended to October 14, 2024, and ESLA encourages remaining bondholders to tender their bonds promptly.

The bonds will be repurchased at par, using proceeds from the lockbox account, with settlement scheduled for October 30, 2024.

ESLA will settle all remaining non-sovereign bondholders after the buyback offer closes.
