Absa Bank Ghana Limited has launched "Wow October," a month-long celebration for Customer Service Week to enhance customer engagement and service culture.
The initiative includes interactive sessions where customers share their banking experiences and expectations.
Senior leaders will visit loyal customers, while employees participate in team-building activities focused on customer service principles.
The bank will offer health screenings, such as eye exams and blood tests, at selected branches, along with instant giveaways for customers signing up for digital products.
Chief Customer Officer Evelyn Acquah emphasized the bank’s commitment to providing excellent service and enhancing the customer experience.
