As part of efforts to raise brand awareness and also address the challenges faced by patrons in the usage of their service, Ghana’s leading sports betting company, Betway on Friday 17th November organised a meeting with customers and prospective customers at the Theodosia Oko Hockey pitch in Accra.
The forum dubbed, "Betway Player Meetings” afforded staff of the betting firm the opportunity to interact with their customers and provide suitable solutions to the concerns raised by the patrons.
The well-attended meeting which was the climax of a series of forum held by the renowned betting firm in the four cities of Ghana was aimed at giving the customers a platform to voice out their concerns and to help improve the services of the Betway company.
Officials from Betway did presentations on some of the exciting packages offered by the company and also enlightened the customers on how to make transactions using the Betway app and website.
The Country Manager in charge of Operations Magnus Rex Danquah expressed optimism that the meeting will go a long a way to strengthen the bond between his outfit and their customers.
He intimated that the forum is a reflection of Betway commitments to meeting the demands of the customers and also commended the patrons for the huge turnout.
“Betway as a brand is focused on the player experience. Its not just about the interface of placing a bet but we need to get the experience of knowing what the player wants and giving what the player want. This forum is about meeting the people that use Betway, finding out what they like and improving that. The meeting is to find out the grievances of our customers so that we put measures in place to correct them”, he said
