Eudirok Investment Ghana Limited has launched the Regional Smart Cities Project, aimed at transforming urban living and economic opportunities across Ghana.
The project introduces advanced recycling technologies to convert rubber waste into affordable building materials, positioning Ghana as the first West African country to do so.
The initiative seeks to address overpopulation and housing costs in Accra by decentralizing urban development, with a focus on creating affordable housing and job opportunities for youth through the Youth Employment Agency (YEA).
The project will use innovative construction materials, like recycled car tires, to reduce costs and promote sustainability.
It also aims to foster regional growth, alleviate pressure on Accra, and establish a more environmentally conscious, inclusive approach to urban development.
