MTN Ghana rejoins free Gmail SMS

MTN Ghana users can again send free SMSes from their Google Gmail account. The service was initially introduced in Ghana in March 2010 and was available on MTN, Tigo and Zain networks. MTN temporarily suspended the service in April 2010 because of technical issues, according to the operator.
