Public services in Ghana have reached a standstill due to an indefinite strike by the Public Services Workers Union over the delayed payment of two allowances.
Government agencies like the National Identification Authority (NIA) and Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) have halted operations, which has frustrated citizens.
Sammy Kojo, unable to replace his SIM card due to missing his Ghana Card, and Ben Aziz, who traveled from Kasoa to apply for a new card, expressed their concerns about the disruption and inconvenience caused by the strike.
