Real Estate Clifton Homes supports GHANA TVET scheme for Female Talent in Construction

Clifton Homes, in collaboration with GIZ Ghana and Ghana TVET Service, is participating in the Female Talent in Construction Programme to empower women in the construction industry.

The program provides internships to 150 students, with at least 50% female participation.

Clifton Homes offers 3-month placements for six to twelve students annually, giving them real-life commercial experience. The initiative has been successful, with several interns excelling and continuing with the company.

The interns worked on Clifton Homes' luxury development, Loxwood House, which has opened ahead of schedule and is now available for rentals.
