Stanbic Bank Ghana donation
Stanbic Bank Ghana, in partnership with Mechanical Lloyd Ghana, has donated a new Massey Ferguson tractor to Ghana’s Ministry of Food and Agriculture as a second runner-up prize for the 40th National Farmers’ Day celebration. This marks 17 years of Stanbic’s support for the event.
Samuel Okang-Boye, Stanbic Bank Ghana’s Head of Agri-Business, emphasized the significance of agriculture for food security, economic growth, and supporting various industries, aligning with the theme, “Building climate-resilient agriculture for sustainable food security.”
Paul Siameh, acting Chief Director at the Ministry, expressed gratitude for Stanbic’s ongoing dedication to agriculture and the Farmers’ Day celebration. Stanbic has actively supported agribusiness by leveraging smart digital solutions to enhance the sector.
