Currently the Deputy Managing Director at Tullow Ghana Limited, Lumor’s career has spanned diverse roles in general management, regulatory affairs, stakeholder engagement, and transformative organizational development.
She joined Tullow Ghana in 2017, initially overseeing External Affairs and Social Performance, before advancing to Corporate Affairs Director in 2020 and then to Deputy Managing Director in 2021.
Before Tullow, she held the role of Corporate Services Executive at MTN Ghana and contributed significantly to Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC). Her early career includes a notable tenure at AT&T in the United States, where she advanced over 19 years to become Director of Market Research and Analysis.
Cynthia expressed enthusiasm for her new role, commending Standard Chartered’s legacy and leadership in Ghana’s financial sector. She stated her commitment to leveraging her extensive experience to drive the bank’s strategic goals.
The Board’s Chairman, Ebenezer Twum Asante, highlighted that Lumor’s innovative mindset and focus on sustainability align seamlessly with the bank’s mission, strengthening its board and enhancing its capacity to fulfill strategic aspirations.
