Staff of the Bank of Ghana (BoG) have assured Governor Dr. Ernest Addison and the board that their productivity will increase following the commissioning of the Bank Square, the new headquarters.
Sandra Thompson, Secretary to the Board, expressed gratitude for the move to the modern headquarters, thanking the governor and deputies for facilitating the project. She promised that the staff would increase their output in line with the new facility.
Dr. Addison emphasized that the Bank Square, designed by renowned architect Sir David Adjaye, is a landmark symbol of Ghana's growing financial influence.
Standing at 100 meters, it is the tallest building in Ghana and Africa’s most sustainable of its size.
Powered entirely by solar energy, the building is designed to foster innovation and efficiency, enhancing BoG's role in shaping the country's economic future.
