The Human Rights Court has dismissed Charles Bissue’s last attempt to stop the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) from arresting or investigating him.

Bissue had previously secured a temporary injunction, arguing that the OSP’s warrant was unlawful and intended to harass him.

However, the Court ruled there was no proof of any warrant and labeled Bissue's claims as unfounded, ordering him to pay GHC10,000 in costs.

This decision allows the OSP to continue investigating Bissue’s role with the defunct Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM) and potential corruption, as revealed in the Tiger Eye P.I. documentary Galamsey Fraud Part 1.
