Customers of Dek-Nock Investments Limited are distressed following the company's abrupt closure on July 19, 2024, due to unlicensed operations.

The shutdown, carried out by the Bank of Ghana and the Ghana Police Service, cited violations of deposit-taking regulations.

Customers like Francis Dotse and Emmanuel Ndogbe are worried about their locked funds, with Dotse having saved GHC1,150 and Ndogbe taking a computer monitor as collateral.

Eric Nanor, a 23-year-old washing bay attendant, lamented that his GHC600 savings, intended for a vehicle license, might be lost, shattering his dream.
