A 35-year-old tailor, Moses Vincent, has appeared before the Dansoman Circuit Court for stealing from Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
Vincent admitted to stealing GH₵600 from the church altar but denied other charges.
Captured by the church's CCTV, Vincent was convicted on June 19, 2024, and remanded.
On June 26, he maintained his guilty plea and a good Samaritan repaid the stolen amount.
Vincent was cautioned and ordered to sign a bond for good behavior for 12 months.
The thefts were reported by security officer Chantel Agbenyo, with the incidents occurring in March and May 2024.
