.....and there is no one who wants to answer your query about how long its going to take for Ghana High Commission to start processing expired Ghanaian passport applications again.

People have bought tickets to go and spend Holidays in Ghana with their families. Some have spent £5,000 pounds on family tickets to go to Ghana this year.

The system has been shut down for almost three weeks.

Ghanaians whose passports have expired are not able to renew them and there seems not to be no advice or information on when things are going to be normalized.

This are the people Ghana has sent down to its most prestigious embassy in Europe , London for that matter yet no one cares to provide a decent service.

Phone calls to the Ghana High Commission in London phones go unanswered. E mails and letters are not responded to .

Can we really compete in this Globalized world setting with such attitudes of public officers in Ghana and abroad ?

Who do we complain to when we are aggrieved with such poor service ?

When the Senior managers at these national institutions being funded with Ghana Tax Payers monies don't give a dime whether you sink or swim and fail us ?

All these people could not provide a service for us in London in our time of need. So what do we do ?

Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ghana over to you ?

There are some very angry people over here?

We need a resolution and fast !!
