By Kwame Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr., Ph.D.
We may live in the same country, Mr. Trokosi, but I am fundamentally a different sub-species of humanity from you! About the only common denominator between us is the fact that we happen to live in the same geopolitical space, originally carved out by the British colonial imperialist and neocolonially enforced by international conventions. I do not think in any way, whatsoever, like you; and I will never understand or like you because 19 years of your true political colors have forensically convinced me beyond any shadow of a doubt, that our having a single artificially constructed national identity, supposedly, that is, is sheer happenstance.
I also don't care whether you put my hard-earned professional titles and credentials in quotation marks or parenthesis. The fact of the matter is that my community college students, whom you so quizzically presume to disdain, write far better than you could ever achieve in three lifetimes! Yes, this is a fact and an informed impression that I get reading your vapid guff captioned "Disrespect of Blacks And Her Culture" (See Ghanaweb.com 8/19/13).
You see, I read your largely incoherent article because, predictably, I readily guessed, and aptly so, that any article written by a Trokosi Boy sporting such a pathetic title is likely to mischievously and gratuitously light into me for flatly and justifiably refusing to be led by the nose by a bunch of cynical oafs who feel perfectly comfortable with being clinically stupid and incapable of common sense. This is not, in any way, to imply that these wretched souls have any choice in these matters. For truth be said: they do not. And this is largely no fault of theirs - it is immutably innate.
What I resent more than anything else, though, is the facile and rather lurid presumption that, somehow, there is something wrong with me because I flatly refuse to think and feel like you. This, of course, will never happen even if Heaven freezes ten times over! My friend; you are not really my friend by any stretch of the imagination, nor do I really envisage you as my enemy - for we live in totally divergent psychological planes and shall never converge. And so you had better cut off this nonsense about some weird and bizarre pan-Africanism being predicated on the unreserved unification of our collective underdevelopment as a people.
You, Trokosi Boys, are in no way my people. You will never be my people; for I shall never accept you as one of my own. Besides, whoever heard of a progressive unification of our collective underdevelopment as a progressive strategy? Isn't that a contradiction in terms? And, by the way, the only people who regard "Justice" Kpegah as a serious jurist are you and your kind. No worthy Akan or non-Trokosi Ghanaian leader would have appointed that grizzled Bastard to membership on the highest court of the land. And I am forensically convinced that this clinically demented reprobate is the lowest species of humanity to have ever occupied a seat on a legally constituted court of the land.
The onus of whether, indeed, Nana Akufo-Addo is impersonating anybody's legal persona rests squarely with your Trokosi hero, the accuser, not the accused. And so far, what have you mutants been able to prove but your bestial envy and abject stupidity; and also the incontrovertible fact that you are not worthy to live among a proud and civilized people like our kind. Agorkoli, your mythical ancestor, perfectly knew this; which is why he allegedly set out, admirably albeit rather unsuccessfully, to wipe you, supposedly his own flesh and blood, off the face of the Stygian land of vipers. For such is what you are - a bunch of conscience-privated vipers!
I have absolutely no knowledge of this Dr. Agyei Sarfo that you are talking about; neither am I interested in having you associate my name and/or credentials with him or any other target of your Trokosi "Halo" badmouthing, for that matter. You ought to know by now that I know how to vigorously defend myself against Trokosi Vermin like you. I also don't care a whit about your utter displeasure with the incontrovertible fact of your ideological hero, Mr. Kwame Nkrumah, being aptly dubbed Africa's Hitler by this Sakyi guy whom you seem to be so hatefully obsessed with.
Maybe you may also care to know that in 1966, in the wake of the Show Boy's auspicious overthrow, another far better known and distinguished "Sakyi" called Dr. Alexander Quayson-Sackey (actually, Kwasi Sakyi), the United Nations pointman for the Show Boy, readily threw in his hat with the National Liberation Council (NLC) junta by damning his former boss for cavalierly presuming to run a one-man show, almost as if no other Ghanaian had the brains and/or talent to assist with the same.
I also don't know why you so gratuitously decided to drag my name into your fray. I hope by now you have remorsefully realized your blunder and abject stupidity for doing so. Next time, I would not be so charitable and polite with you. Mark this wherever you may readily be reminded of the same - I don't suffer Trokosi-Boy-Fools gladly. You had better understand or forever have yourself to blame.
