Mould-Iddrisu can Run but she cannot Hide - Insha Allah!

Sat, 29 Sep 2012 Source: Adofo, Rockson

The former disgraced Attorney General, Mrs. Betty Mould-Iddrisu, has emerged from her lair to sting sixteen people. Before I proceed any further, let me briefly state who Betty is, and what I know about her. Betty Mould-Iddrisu is a well-educated eloquent lawyer. She is outwardly an elegant woman, the apple of any man's eye. Nevertheless, she is inwardly a rotten person, both an eyesore to womanhood and the Legal profession.

Betty Mould-Iddrisu in her employ as the Attorney General, made a complete mockery of her law profession. It was not that she did not know her job; she simply connived with dubious individuals and companies to dupe Ghana. An Attorney General who by law was supposed to defend Ghana in the Law courts against suits brought against her, rather sided with fraudulent individuals and companies to swindle Mother Ghana. Instead of going to court to battle out dubious suits proffered against the government for supposedly unilaterally abrogating binding contracts between them and the government, Betty chose to do the unusual. She never bothered to go to Court but rather always chose the option of "Out of Court Settlement".

She would meet the fraudsters in secluded areas, negotiate on their terms and then instruct the Finance Minister, Dr. Kwabena Duffour, to pay them what has become an infamous gargantuan Judgment Debt.

I put it to Betty that she personally benefitted from such judgment debt payments, especially, the one paid to the self-styled NDC financier, Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome. Alfred has accepted and confirmed on air that he had never signed a contract nor worked for Ghana government on any contractual agreement. On what criteria then did he qualify for the over GHC51 Million judgment debt payment made to him? I understand Betty had a fair share of GHC5 Million. Will she be able to deny this? Assuming she denies ever availing herself of such financial inducements, then she should inform the whole world how she came to ascertain that Ghana owes Alfred Agbesi Woyome that money.

Many are those willing to take Betty on. They will invoke the spirits of the departed souls, the fetishes, the rivers and command out-of-storm lightning on her in an attempt to establish the extent of her involvement or otherwise, in the fraudulent judgment debt payments.

It was good that the late President Mills sacked her from her post, but it will be better for her to cough any kickback she has taken, and also be imprisoned. As disgraced as she is, some shameless individuals with Kwesi Pratt inclusive, are applauding her for being eloquent when speaking the Queen's English. To the Ghanaian, "The knowledge of English is the criterion of a man's great learning", so no wonder the folly in display by all those according Betty a standing ovation for her fluency in English. She is a thief, a crook and wicked woman who has caused unsurpassed financial loss to the State of Ghana.

I really pity this woman for stupidly suing some sixteen people for accusing her of wrongdoing, or for purchasing some houses abroad. Assuming those people are wrong, the fact remains that she has assisted Alfred Agbesi Woyome, Pioneer Construction and others to plunge Ghana into red through illegal judgment debt payments.

Finally, I assure Betty Mould-Iddrisu that "she ain't seen nothing yet" (she hasn't seen anything yet). If she was to know what is falling from the Sky to injure her, she will always be walking wearing a protective metal helmet.

She is just like a rat that is escaping from danger. However, it has her tail already caught in fire, which is still burning. In less than no time, the conflagration will engulf the rat. Betty should refund her share of the kickbacks, tell the nation to what extent she connived with others to swindle Ghana, beg for forgiveness, and be ready to go to prison. Anything short of these amounts to tickling herself and laughing.

I feel sleepy so I had better stop for the day. I am sorry for that.

I salute the listeners of Source radio – UK FM 96.30.
