The government has invested $312 million in the Agenda 111 healthcare project, with a total estimated cost of $176 billion.
Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare announced that 50% of the hospitals are expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
Minister of Health, Dr. Bernard Okoe Boye, noted that while many projects are underway, none are ready for inauguration yet.
Delays were attributed to land issues and contractor capacity.
Dr. Boye confirmed that $312 million has been paid for work completed so far.
