Highlighting the rise of shisha and tobacco-flavored drinks, he warned of worsening public health issues if left unaddressed.
Asiedu emphasized the economic burden of tobacco-related diseases and cited Singapore's success with intrusive public health measures.
He believes tackling tobacco use should be a priority in political health manifestos.
