Sammy Adu Boakye, Chairman of the Heal Komfo Anokye Project, has highlighted the lack of space for relocating patients as a major obstacle to the project's development at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Initiated by the Asantehene, Osei Tutu II, the project aims to enhance hospital infrastructure.
Boakye revealed that some hospital blocks are 60% complete and expected to be finished by the end of August.
Despite the space issues, the project, initially planned for 24 months, may extend to 36 months, with close to $4 million already invested.
The project's scope is expanding as progress continues.
