Bice Osei Kuffour was also the Operations Manager Digital Gate Communications Ltd. He managed the day-to-day operations of the company for both domestic and international advertising. Planning and providing operational leadership for the company. Ensuring the company meets the requirements of the regulatory authorities in the Advertising sector. Achievements: Successfully helped in developing and running major advertising campaigns for over 15 brands including Blue Jean's energy drink, Midland Savings, Loans, Humano Energy, etc.
From April 2013 to 2018, he was Board Member Phamous Media Group, providing strategic direction and leadership for the company Actively participate in all applicable Board discussions and decision-making and handle monthly updates on current and planned activities and Execute assigned action items as determined by the Board. Also, train on designated backup roles, & act as a resource when needed.
Bice Osei Kuffour is currently the Executive Icon & Tree Planting Program Manager at the Green Republic. His roles include :
Sourcing for seedlings for plantations
Managing Community nurseries for indigenous seedling development
Training youth in seedling nursing for community Afforestation programs
Successfully planted 100,000 trees every year since 2017 and launched the 20 million trees by 2028 initiative in connection with the Forestry Commission of Ghana.
Provided 200,000 seedlings to the plantations department of the Forestry Commission for their 2020 plantation program.

Political involvement
2020 NPP Parliamentary Aspirant for Asante Akyem South Constituency. Came in 2nd to two-time MP Lawyer Asante Boateng with 296 Votes (Winner got 364 Votes) and 3rd Position got 32 votes.

Appointed as Secretary to two key committees of the Campaign namely Advertising Committee and Events Management Committee
Adverts and endorsements of the 2020 campaingCreated an endorsement musical TV advert for Nana Addo and 47 NPP PCs across the Country.
Produced and Voiced the Voter education tv advert for the 2020 campaign
Worked with the campaign team to produce Videos to Defend the President against the NDC fake bribery allegations.
Aspirants Unite for Victory (AU4V) MovementFounder and Co-convener of the novel Aspirants Unite for Victory Movement (AU4V), made up of about 205 Parliamentary Aspirants. It was launched by Vice President H.E Dr. Bawumia on Sept 28, 2020 at La Palm in Accra.
Key achievements of AU4V(i)We mobilized Aspirants under one Umbrella to Campaign for NPP victory which went a long way to consolidate our gains and won us power.
(ii) AU4V ensured NPP record limited incidents of Independent Candidates from among the Party’s Parliamentary Aspirants.(only 2 persons or 1% went Independent in spite of our strong Message).
(iii) Adopted 2 orphan Constituencies ie. Mion and Upper West Akyem Constituencies won both seats through campaigns, voter education exercises, and donations to the PC and Constituency Office.
