Bernardino Koku Avle is a Ghanaian media personality, broadcast journalist, and public speaker. He is the host of The Citi Breakfast Show and Point Of View Show on Citi TV.

He was born on 20 May 1981 in Ghana. He attended the University of Ghana Primary School Legon and the Presbyterian Boys' Senior High School for his senior high school education and has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with distinction from the University of Ghana. He then obtained an MBA from the Warwick Business School in the UK as a Chevening Scholar.

Benard Avle moderates and facilitates local and international conferences. He is a broadcast journalist and Director of News Programming at Citi FM and a member of the governing council of the Global Marketing Network in Ghana.

He is the founding director of iJourno Africa, where he equips and trains participants on the path of journalism.

In 2016, he led a campaign against Illegal small-scale mining, galamsey. This led him to win an excellence award from the Ghana Chamber of Mines.
