Dorcas Affo -Toffey is a Ghanaian politician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. She is the Member of Parliament for the Jomoro Constituency and a member of the National Democratic Congress.

She was born on 4 May 1972, in Tikobo No. 1 to the late Stephen Ackah Toffey and Mary Afo Danyi and the 18th born of her father’s twenty-three children but the last born of her mother’s five children.

She attended the Tikobo 1 and Ideal Preparatory school in Takoradi for part of her basic education and proceeded to the Nkroful Agriculture Secondary School in 1986 for her senior high school education.

Dorcas Affo-Toffey joined her elder brother in the USA after senior high school education and courses on Dental hygiene, real estate management, branding, and customer service.

She obtained a BSc in Marketing and an MBA in marketing program from Knutsford University College.

She is married to Joseph Lawrence Ashun and has two daughters: Francine Koffi, Fantana, a musician in Ghana, and Lynelle Koffi, a medical doctor in the USA.

In 2019 Dorcas Affo-Toffey was elected as the candidate for the Jomoro Constituency. She stood against Akatia Kwaidoo and Nda Blay Armah for the seat.

Again in 2020, she stood against Paul Essien of the New Patriotic Party and won the seat.

Dorcas Affo-Toffey is one of the 40 women representing their respective constituencies in the 8th Parliament from 7th January 2021 and the only one from the Western Region.

She purchased the Ghana Division One League club Proud United on 24 March 2021. The club's name was then changed to Jomoro FC and relocated from Accra, Greater Accra Region to Jomoro in the Western Region.
