Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, the Member of Parliament for Joaboso, has accused the Electoral Commission (EC) and the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) of attempting to rig the upcoming December 7 elections.
He raised concerns over the sudden transfer of the District Electoral Officer in Sefwi Juaboso and the appointment of a replacement with alleged NPP ties.
Akandoh further claimed that 33 NPP executives have been selected as polling officers, which he argued undermines the fairness of the election.
He called for the immediate removal of these individuals and demanded that the EC publish an updated list of polling officers, including their photographs, as required by law.
