Sammy Gyamfi of the National Democratic Congress has proposed a 24-hour economy, championed by President John Mahama, to tackle passport processing delays.
This initiative aims to operate passport application centres continuously, reducing wait times from months to weeks.
The plan also promises job creation, with additional staff needed for round-the-clock operations.
This approach aligns with Mahama's broader goal of job creation and economic empowerment. Gyamfi believes this initiative will revolutionize service delivery, eliminate early morning queues, and provide better passport services for citizens.
