Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has justified the Minority's boycott of parliamentary proceedings in support of their leader, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, who is on trial in the ambulance procurement case.
Ablakwa cited a controversial tape that allegedly captures the Attorney General coercing a witness to testify against Dr. Forson, calling the charges "trumped-up" and the process a "kangaroo court."
He dismissed claims that the Minority is shirking their duties, stating that boycotting is a democratic tool and questioned the absence of Majority MPs, who should be able to form a quorum despite the Minority's boycott.
