Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, CEO of the National Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programme (NEIP), has defended former President John Agyekum Kufuor’s endorsement of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, dismissing Alan Kyerematen’s criticism.
Kyerematen, leader of the Movement for Change, had criticized Kufuor for publicly supporting Bawumia, claiming it tarnished his legacy.
In a Facebook post, Nkansah suggested Kyerematen’s remarks were driven by personal frustration, as Bawumia had surpassed him in political influence after Kyerematen left the NPP.
Nkansah advised Kyerematen to focus on the issues rather than attacking individuals within the NPP.
