Private Legal Practitioner, Samson Lardy Anyenini, has urged against public judgment of Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame, accused of persuading an accused to indict the Minority Leader in the ambulance case.
Anyenini emphasized on allowing due process rather than condemning prematurely.
Calls for Dame's resignation, notably from former Ghana School of Law Director Ansah Asare, argued that the AG's actions were inappropriate.
Anyenini insisted on a fair inquiry, stating the AG should comment before any verdict.
The accusation arose from Richard Jakpa, the third accused, claiming Dame sought his help to implicate Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson. Both parties have threatened to release further evidence.
