Richard Acheampong, Deputy Ranking Member of Parliament’s Finance Committee, has criticized Majority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin for his arrogant and non-collaborative leadership style.
Following a petition from the Majority caucus to recall Parliament for urgent legislative matters, Acheampong stressed the importance of consultation and inclusivity.
He suggested that Afenyo-Markin's dismissive attitude could hinder effective governance and urged him to engage more openly with fellow MPs to foster unity on critical national issues.
Acheampong believes that collaboration is essential for successful decision-making in the current parliamentary landscape.
