Don’t use AG’s comment to whitewash ambulance trial – Frank Davies tells Edudzi Tamakloe

Frank Davies, Chairman of the NPP's Constitutional and Legal Committee, has advised Edudzi Tamakloe, lawyer for Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, to refrain from using the Attorney General's comments to influence the ongoing ambulance procurement trial.

Davies believed Tamakloe's criticism of the AG's comments is hypocritical, as he is also making public statements on the case.

Davies argued that the AG has the right to comment on the case, and the judge is not obligated to consider his remarks in their judgment.

He cautioned against using the AG's comments to overshadow the trial's proceedings and emphasizes the need for fairness and impartiality.
