The Mayor of Kumasi, Sam Pyne, has expressed strong confidence in high voter turnout for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the upcoming elections, citing robust grassroots support for the party's presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Speaking on Eyewitness News on November 4, Pyne noted that constituents in the Ashanti Region have shown genuine enthusiasm for Bawumia during his visits.
With over 12 years of experience as a regional secretary, he believes that many will come out to vote for the NPP, predicting that Bawumia will be elected president in January 2025.
