Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, NDC's Vice Presidential Candidate, has pledged to establish a specialized children’s hospital if the party wins the 2024 election.
Speaking to students at Goaso Nursing and Midwifery Training College, she highlighted that the hospital would address infant health challenges and train pediatric doctors and nurses.
She also promised policies to curb the ongoing nurse exodus and encouraged students to support the NDC's vision for the health sector.
Opoku-Agyemang emphasized that developing healthcare infrastructure and personnel is key to national progress.
