NDC MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has defiantly responded to legal threats from former NPP Chairman Freddie Blay, challenging him to proceed with the lawsuit.
Blay demanded a retraction of Ablakwa's allegations of state capture involving his family, giving a one-week ultimatum.
Ablakwa reiterated his stance in a social media post, urging Blay to initiate legal proceedings immediately, stating, "I cannot retract the truth."
Blay, who also serves as GNPC Board Chair, insists his family legally acquired the beachfront property and accuses Ablakwa of propagating baseless claims.
The controversy centers on the Labadi Beach Hotel's beachfront ownership.
