Justin Frimpong Kodua, General Secretary of the NPP, defended Ghana’s judiciary against accusations of bias, criticizing the NDC for allegedly undermining the Supreme Court and Electoral Commission.
Speaking on Pure FM, Frimpong insisted that the judiciary operates independently, citing the acquittal of NDC’s Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson as proof of judicial impartiality.
He urged the opposition to understand the law before making “baseless” statements.
Frimpong also condemned the NDC’s attacks on the EC, noting that during a recent transparent IPAC meeting, the NDC did not present any substantial issues, calling their criticisms unfounded.
