Jakpa cross-examination: Come to court and hear our side of the matter – Deputy AG

Deputy Attorney General Alfred Tuah-Yeboah has stated that his office is prepared to present its case on June 18 in the ambulance procurement trial, despite claims made by third accused Richard Jakpa.

Tuah-Yeboah declined to comment on Jakpa's testimony, instead inviting interested parties to attend the court hearing. The trial judge, Justice Afia Serwah Asare-Botwe, has admitted an audio recording between the Attorney-General and Richard Jakpa into evidence, despite objections from the Attorney General.

The prosecution argued that the recording does not substantiate the charges against the accused, while the defense claims it reveals procedural irregularities and oppression.
