Professor Samuel Adu Gyamfi, a Political Historian at KNUST, has advised the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to manage Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh's public utterances carefully.
Prof. Adu Gyamfi emphasized that Dr. Prempeh's strong personality could overshadow the party's messaging if he speaks unscripted in public settings.
He suggested that Dr. Prempeh, the running mate for Dr. Bawumia, should avoid extemporaneous speeches.
Instead, his speeches should be prepared with a polite and respectful tone to maintain a party voice and humane approach.
This comes after the NPP's National Executive Council endorsed Dr. Prempeh as the running mate for the 2024 elections.
