The Minority in Parliament has criticized the Pwalugu Multipurpose Dam project in the Upper East Region, claiming no development despite $12 million spent.
MP John Jinapor pledged to investigate and prosecute those responsible, vowing to recover the funds.
During a site visit, they found no progress, only empty land and sold materials.
The project, launched in 2019, includes a dam, power plants, and an irrigation scheme but remains incomplete.
Jinapor emphasized using legal means to address the financial loss to the state.
