Levinia Addae-Mensah, Executive Director of the West Africa Network for Peace-Building (WANEP), is urging stakeholders to address the concerns of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) regarding their reluctance to sign a Peace Declaration ahead of the December 7 elections.
She stressed the importance of engaging with the NDC, a key political player, to resolve their issues, especially since they signed the declaration in previous elections.
The NDC, led by Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has outlined six conditions for signing, including commitments from top government and security officials.
Addae-Mensah emphasized the need to address these hesitations constructively to ensure peace.
