The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has raised concerns about the Electoral Commission's (EC) contract with YASARKO for printing election materials.
Dr. Edward Omane Boamah, the NDC's Director of Elections and IT, criticized YASARKO for failing to meet obligations, causing frustration among NDC agents monitoring the printing process.
He questioned the company's competence and warned that YASARKO might print ballots offsite, potentially jeopardizing electoral integrity.
The NDC has also reported issues with excess ballots being printed and is seeking accountability agreements with printing companies for any surplus materials.
