Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, Vice Presidential Candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), pledged at a rally in Larabanga that an NPP government under Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia would prioritize transforming Ghana into Africa’s tourism hub.
Prempeh emphasized investments in key sites like the Larabanga Mosque and Mole National Park, promising resource allocation for their development.
He outlined plans for an e-visa system to ease visitor entry and a flat tax rate to boost private investment in tourism. Dr. Prempeh also urged the re-election of Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor to continue driving development in Damongo.
