Sanda: There has not been any improvement in the road?
Okity-Duah: There have been significant improvements. The contractors have gone on a little break.
Sanda:Because they have not been paid?
Okity-Duah: They’ve been paid
Sanda:Why are they not working?
Okity-Duah: They are going to start working
Sanda:Why are they not working?
Okity-Duah: They are going to work
Sanda:Why are they delaying?
Okity-Duah: They are working.
