Kofi Tontoh, political aide to Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has rejected the NDC's call for a "reset" of Ghana, arguing instead for an upgrade.
In an interview on the Point of View, Tontoh highlighted the progress made under the NPP in the past eight years, suggesting that the country should build on these achievements rather than starting over.
He questioned the rationale behind the NDC’s reset proposal, pointing to past issues like electricity shortages and cholera outbreaks, and emphasized the need to continue improving from the current state.
