Former President and NDC Presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama has stated that some NPP members privately hope for an NDC victory in the upcoming December 7 elections.
According to Mahama, these members believe a defeat would allow the NPP to reorganize, as they feel the party is currently controlled by a select few.
Speaking during his tour of the Upper East region, Mahama promised to complete projects abandoned by the Akufo-Addo administration if elected.
He emphasized the importance of finishing ongoing projects to save resources, including the Tamne irrigation project, which aims to benefit four districts and support year-round farming.
