The Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs has expressed confidence in Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the 2024 flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), to effectively lead Ghana as president.
They believe Dr. Bawumia's calm and composed personality, along with his potential to surpass the achievements of his predecessors, will enable him to make positive impacts.
The House of Chiefs praised Dr. Bawumia's leadership style, noting that it contrasts with past leaders' violent and radical approaches.
Dr. Bawumia, in response, thanked the House of Chiefs for their endorsement and pledged not to disappoint the country if elected president.
