NDC flagbearer John Dramani Mahama doubts the NPP's ability to secure 300,000 votes in Ghana’s Volta Region, calling it a "pipe dream."
He points to the 2020 election results, where the NDC received 800,000 votes to the NPP's 100,000, and believes the NPP's support will drop further.
Mahama highlighted the NDC’s contributions to the region, including the regional hospital, university, electrification projects, and water systems in Kpando. He also shared the NDC’s plans to establish an agriculture-focused zone in Volta and Oti Regions to boost tourism and agriculture.
