We must rise against injustice in Ghana – Naa Koryoo

Phillis Naa Koryoo Okunor, NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Awutu Senya East, has called on Ghanaians to oppose injustice following her arrest and 16-hour detention by the Ghana Police Service on June 7.

Speaking on Citi FM’s Eyewitness News, Okunor expressed concern over the unfair treatment of many Ghanaians, citing her interaction with inmates who have been held on remand for extended periods without trial.

She emphasized the misuse of political power to oppress ordinary citizens and urged the public to stand up against such injustices.
