Nominations have been officially opened for the 2022 Exclusive Men of the Year (EMY) Africa Awards. The Annual EMY Africa Awards and its complementary events have been carefully designed to celebrate great achievements in men to inspire the youth to aspire to be better.
Celebrating men who have set themselves apart is critically important. Celebrating responsibility, great endeavour and achievements are great ways to mentor younger ones to become better people for the good of society. EMY Africa also gives complimentary awards to deserving women, who are pushing the boundaries and shattering the glass ceiling in their respective fields.
The future is quickly becoming the present. It is therefore imperative that we mirror good role models to the younger generation
Since 2016, EMY Africa Awards, One of Africa’s most prestigious awards events has celebrated the best in men’s achievements across the local industry, community, culture and public service. Last year, the following respected personalities were honoured Daniel Mckorley, CEO, Mcdan Group was honoured as the Man of the Year 2021, Ibrahim Mahama, CEO, Engineers and Planners were honoured as the Man of the year Business, and Patricia Obo-Nai, CEO, Vodafone Ghana was honoured as the Woman of the year. Many other great individuals were also honoured for their amazing works.
