AfricaWorks opens its 2nd coworking space in Airport City, Accra

Following a successful launch in Accra and across the continent, AfricaWorks adds a second space at Stanbic Heights to its growing portfolio.

AfricaWorks, the first uniquely pan-African flexible workspace provider, announced plans to open its second coworking space in Accra at Stanbic Heights building, located at Airport City.

The space which is due to open in April 2022 - will feature private office suites, shared workstations, and hot desks in a space with distinctive architecture, a serene environment, and a central location. Starting at $250 monthly per workstation, the new workspace covers 412sqm, a business lounge, 9 shared desks, 70 private decks, an AfricaWorks Cafe, Meeting Rooms, a Growth Room as well as a Boardroom.

On-site amenities include ample parking spaces, Wi-Fi, 24-hour access, and an uninterrupted power supply. This is the perfect space for people who lead a busy life and need a central place to conduct business.

Accra has emerged as one of the most robust and developed business ecosystems on the continent, and AfricaWorks is poised to help strengthen and drive business growth in Accra. The first AfricaWorks in Accra opened in October 2020 and has recorded tremendous growth as the space is currently at 100% occupied.

The space is located at Volta Place, Airport Residential, and is home to globally recognized companies like Volkswagen, Toyota, Uhuru, Quadrante UK Services, L’Oréal West Africa, Partners in Food Solutions, etc. The increasing demand for good quality coworking spaces from Multinationals, SMEs, and start-ups in the African Market has been instrumental to the growth of AfricaWorks.
