Bole Serial killings: I have asked my people to report to me, not the police – MP

The MP for Bole-Bamboi, Yusif Sulemana, has urged his constituents to report killings directly to him to protect their identities.

Sulemana said fear of being called as witnesses in court deters people from providing information to the police.

Over three men have been killed in Bole since January 2024, turning the town into a ghost town at night.

Sulemana believes the killers may have local help and aims to create a safe environment for reporting cases.
