The former First Vice National Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party, Stephen Ntim, says the death of Hajia Mariama Bawumia, mother of the Vice President, H.E. Alhaji Dr Mahamudu Bawumia saddens him.
He expressed his heartfelt condolences to H.E. Alhaji Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, the entire family and the NPP fraternity, especially the party faithful in the home constituency, Walewale.
Mr Ntim prayed that the merciful Allah gives H.E Mahamudu Bawumia and his family the strength to go through these difficult times.
“May the Almighty Allah grant her eternal rest in jannatul firdaus. Innaa lilaahi wa innaa ilaihi raadiun.” Mr Ntim added in a statement.
